General Information: This property has Nebr Highway 12 frontage on the north side and has Springview, Walnut street access on the east side. This property is just outside of city limits. General Information: This property consists of a total of 528.73 acres +/- that is currently being used for the most part, to pasture livestock and a portion of it is being used for a haying operation. This property would make a great expansion to any new or well established livestock operation. The property is located just 1/2 mile off of a major highway and has maintain county road on the south side and the east side of the property. This property does have a private well, that’s used to water livestock. There is an old farmsite, with several outbuildings on this property, but there all in poor condition. Immediately upon the conclusion of the auction, the successful bidder(s) will be required to sign real estate purchase contract and to deposit with RE Broker/Auctioneer, a nonrefundable earnest money payment of ten (10) percent of the total purchase price. The earnest money payment will be made payable to the closing agency, B & V Exchange, Gothenburg, Nebr. Balance of the purchase price is due in certified funds at closing on or before July 29, 2020. Buyer(s) will take full possession after final payment at the date of the closing.
